Cancellations and refunds
Globly sells digital eSIM products. After payment, we deliver the eSIM digitally through email, the success page, and your Globly travel wallet.
An unused and non-activated eSIM may be eligible for cancellation and refund. You can request this through the eSIM management page with your ICCID, or by contacting support.
Once an eSIM has been installed, activated, used, or delivered as a digital service with your consent, cancellation rights may be limited or no longer apply.
We never start a payment refund before eSIM cancellation has been confirmed successfully. If an automatic refund is not possible, support will review the request manually.
